All students must read and acknowledge the following rules and policies. I hereby declare that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all institutional rules and policies, including the Payment Policy, Tuition Refund Policy, and Student Housing Policy available at vanwest.com/admission/policy/. I acknowledge that, upon acceptance, this application constitutes a legally binding Student Enrollment Contract between myself (or my child) and the institution. I further understand that while every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate my student housing preferences, the institution cannot guarantee that all housing requests will be fulfilled.
For minor students (ages 18 and under). I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor student, confirm that both my child and I have read and understood the Minor Participation Waiver and the Homestay Rules for Minor Students. I further confirm that I have discussed all applicable rules, responsibilities, and expectations with my child. I hereby give my full consent for my child’s participation in all VanWest activities, field trips, and tours, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Minor Participation Waiver.
