This course provides students with the basic knowledge and skills needed in the contract administration associated with procurement. Topics include processes, law and documentation associated with the preparation of tendering documents, bidding, selection of venders, drafting/awarding of contracts, control of contracts and closing of contracts. Differences in contract administration between nations will be covered.
